The sushi prepared traditionally in Tokyo area, originating as street food, nearly 200 years ago. Utilizing the fresh catch from the local Tokyo Bay. Small pieces of raw or marinated fish applied to bite size pieces of vinegar rice known as nigiri sushi. Quickly prepared and quickly consumed an ideal roadside bite.

In 2007, Chef Azeuchi moved to the US in hopes of pursuing their dream of owning a restaurant. His dream was realized in 2014 with his first restaurant, Yuzu Japanese Kitchen, which has now evolved into one of the most essential Japanese restaurants in the city as KAISEKI YUZU.

The dining experience at Omakase Room by Kame is built around a relationship of trust and spontaneity between the Chef and each diner. Chef’s curated omakase offerings change often, highlighting a diversity of ingredients, preparations, and the range of textures.

Sushi Chef Hiro-san has extensive knowledge of working with fish and various raw ingredients. He is classically trained in Japan and has been artfully creating tasting menus since.
