In 1995 Bittercreek Alehouse was born with the philosophy of being a bar first. The quality food happened to be a by-product of the Craft beer-inspired American Pub. The beer selections at Bittercreek were focused on supporting local, regional, and independent breweries from the Pacific Northwest. With selections of draft, canned, bottled, and even cellar-aged beers, Bittercreek has one of the largest and most unique offerings in Idaho.

Our focus surrounds smoked meats with a Southern flair, sprinkling in twists from other regional influences. From scratch cooking, incredible cocktails, and great people, in a casual, and relaxed atmosphere.

The Westside Drive-In has been in operation since 1957 and was purchased by Chef Lou in 1994. His goal was to bring his experience as a classically trained chef to the setting of a ’50s-era drive-in restaurant. The resulting restaurant was a hit and is known all across the Treasure Valley. 

Big Bun has been providing a classic drive-in experience since 1954, when the Randel Family started sharing their love of serving great food with the Boise community.
