Inspired by the turning of the seasons and the beautiful produce at Bleu Belle Farm, Chef Dominique Crenn has created a custom menu 6-course menu. Complete with wine pairings, will be served at our Chef’s Counter. 

From this, the chef has personally developed a refined culinary concept and a menu based on the elements of water, fire, and earth.

Born in the French Alps, Chef Clement then moved with his family to central France and worked at his father’s butcher shop. He acquired a taste for fresh, simple food that makes the pride of his hometown’s artisan products and his mother’s home cooking.

Our roots are Mediterranean and northern France in origin, where authenticity is key. our inspiration is from our personal family recipes, we want you to fall in love with our grandmother’s “style” of cooking.

The story of Côte Ouest began more than twenty years ago. Fresh out of culinary school in his native Brittany, France, co-owner Laurent Monchicourt, got his professional feet wet as a server and manager of Baker Street Bistro, the long-time incarnation of the restaurant.

Routier, quite simply, aims to be a regional restaurant here in San Francisco while celebrating the French love and value of good food and wine.

Chez Maman is inspired by this kind of childhood memory. We have tried to recreate that atmosphere with a menu composed of French basics. Tasty items like a hamburger with guacamole or French Brie with a good glass of wine, are a welcoming and tasty French meal.

After 12 years of drawing inspiration from her own childhood and personal journey, Chef Dominique Crenn’s flagship restaurant has evolved along with her, complete with a renovation of the dining room and pescatarian tasting menu in early 2023.

Our menu is grounded in French techniques and guided by ingredients from local farmers and producers. we serve natural wines from winemakers near and far who use organic farming methods and forego additives and intervention.

At Frances, Chef Melissa Perello spotlights the best local, seasonal ingredients in a casual, neighborhood setting.
