Pretty Cool Ice Cream is a small handmade ice cream company in Chicago Illinois, founded by award-winning pastry chef Dana Cree, author of Hello, My Name Is Ice Cream, and celebrated hospitality hero Michael Ciapciak, founder of Bang Bang Pie and Biscuits.

We are a creative-led, community-spirited company on a mission to make better ice creams and bring people together.

Vaca’s Creamery was created out of Mariana and Dylan’s love for vegan ice cream, and a desire to make it outstanding. Though Mariana is from Brazil and Dylan is from the suburbs of Chicago, they met in Austin, Texas, working at one of the first vegan ice cream shops in the country. Years later, after starting a vegan, gluten-free waffle cone business in ATX, a vegan home bakery, and moving to Chicago during the pandemic, Vaca’s finally became a reality in May 2021!

Spinning J was built using almost entirely reclaimed and recycled materials, from the back bar made from donated church pews and framer’s trim to the light fixtures built from reclaimed materials, and the mix-matched vintage restaurant china and soda glasses. We hope you enjoy seeing so many old things made new again.

Our mission is to bring unique treats and drinks to our community. Taiyaki Chicago carries on the legacy of passion, experience, and a love for soft serve, boba, and tea. Our products are crafted from only the best ingredients that we can find. From our fresh hand-cut fruit to our homemade cane sweetener, we put love and passion into every step of the process.

Since 2015, BomboBar has been a staple in Chicago’s West Loop-Fulton Market neighborhood. The quaint walk-up window started as DineAmic Hospitality principals David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff’s playful idea stemming from Top Chef Fan Favorite and Executive Chef Fabio Viviani’s famous bomboloni.
